Tips To Control Drinking
To keep your drinking under control:

- Monitor how much alcohol you drink by setting limits for yourself and stick to them.
- Don't be pressurized into drinking more than you can
- Keep track of your drink (soft drink) drink to douse your thirst.
- Drink slowly. Take sips not gulps and drink non-alcoholic drinks (including lots of water) with alcoholic drinks after every few drinks
- Stick to drinking only one type of drink
- Eat before or while you are drinking; Salty snacks makes you thirsty and you tend to drink more
- Plan for weekly alcohol free days like no drinks for two or three days a week
